TOFLO FLASHBACK: Eazy-E – “We Want Eazy”

R.I.P. Eazy-E (September 7, 1963 – March 26, 1995)

I can’t even begin to explain they influence that N.W.A. had on my early stages of hip-hop, and Eazy-E was the mastermind behind the group.  Eazy found the perfect formula with beats from one of the greatest producers of all time Dr Dre, and Ice Cube penning his lyrics, and his gangster image.  Admittedly, he never claimed to be a great rapper but his influence was that strong. Without Eazy-E there would not have been any Ice Cube, Dr Dre, D.O.C, Snoop Dogg, Bone-Thugs, and so on.  He was a genius in his how “Wright”.
