“Our position has not changed. We still believe a level one is sufficient. It would protect her against Chris annoying, harassing or molesting her in any way,” said Rihanna’s lawyer Donald Etra. “She doesn’t feel it’s necessary [to have a 50-yard buffer].”

I knew it!  I called this one a long time ago, my only regret is that I didn’t do a blog post on it.  Today Rihanna’s lawyers will clear the path for the two lovers to reunite. It has always been my theory all along that Rihanna and CB had plans to be together even after the February incident that sent Rihanna to the hospital and left Chris charged with assault.  The two even snuck away and met at Diddy’s house in Miami shortly after the incident, but when Rihanna received a lot of criticism for allowing the alleged woman beater back in her life they both decided to take a few months break from each other until things cooled off a bit.  Last week the two stayed in the same hotel despite the protection order issued against Chris last month.  Just watch what happens from here on out, and read the full article here.

***Update: The judge just delayed Chris Brown’s formal sentencing until August 27th at 2 PM PT. The judge said she wants Brown to perform Caltrans type work — hard labor — for his community service and the type of service hasn’t been arranged yet. So she’s deferred the sentence until later this month.***
