Last night I was a guest at the second installment of What Women Want’s Literary Journey featuring the novel PUSH by Sapphire.  The evening was intimate, sound and inspiring.  More importantly, as personal stories were shared, tears were shed and smiles were projected from every angle of the room.  I can’t say enough of how proud I am to be a part of such a poweful movement.  Congratulations Shannae for a very progressive event – can’t wait for the next one!  Check the pictures after the cut of some of the beautiful women in attendance.
